Follow the steps below to request the use of the computer labs and laptop carts.

 

1.  Check availability of the computer labs and laptop carts below by clicking on the dated links.

2.  Download the required Proposal Form. Complete it entirely.

3.  Email the completed form to leslie.turner@tuhsd.org and nicole.benson@tuhsd.org at least 2 days 

     before the first date of your request.

4.  You will receive an email confirming your reservation. 

 

Note:

Any mandated State and/or District online assessments can cause the removal of current reservations.
